A One-Stop Shop For Attack on Titan Info [ edit ]
No matter what system you use, if your campaign is set in the world of Attack on Titan, the Attack on Titan wiki is going to be a major resource. This resource has almost everything you need, which brings up a word of warning: if you haven't yet seen the final season of Attack on Titan, you should be very careful with this site, as it (obviously) contains spoilers from that season.
First, the wiki offers a comprehensive list of all Attack on Titan media: not just the anime and the manga, but novels, movies, guidebooks, etc. Second, it has a similarly comprehensive list of every notable character in the entire series (with both anime and manga versions). This list includes not only every human character (ie. every member of the scouts, military police, or nobility), but also every named titan. Each character's entry is extremely detailed, containing everything a GM could want ... except in-game stats.
Finally, the wiki also has a detailed look at all of the major locations, technologies, events, and organizations of Attack on Titan. It even has those little informational asides from the commercial breaks of the show! While (unfortunately) you won't find many maps on the site, the location entries do provide everythign else a GM might want to know about the notable districts from the anime, the forest of giant trees, and so on (including screenshots to remind you what they looked like in the anime).
In short, this (completely free) wiki has everything a GM could want for an Attack on Titan campaign ... except perhaps maps and game stats for the characters/titans. GMs will likely have to come up with those stats themselves using one of the systems recommended above, but for maps see below.
